Village Hall Hallmark One Quality Standards Following our presentation Felton Village Hall Management Committee has implemented the Avalon Bookings Manager after a successful 31-day free trial of the program to be sure it suited their requirements. Felton have now advised us that they have achieved Hallmark One Quality Standard To quote from their letter to us " For your information we have recently been awarded Hallmark One in a Quality Standards scheme being piloted in Northumberland and other counties. We are the first Village Hall in the County to achive this.
